5 Pounds All Purpose Flour
3 Pounds Butter Flavored Crisco Shortening
4 TBLS sugar - to help with browning
Dash of salt
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
4 Egg Yolks
2 Cups Ice Water

Add Sugar and Salt to Flour - Whisk
Cut in Shortening with Fingers to pea sized crumbs

Mix together all of the wet ingredients
Drizzle the wet ingredients over the dry

Mix lightly until all holds together.

Form into 15 10-11 ounce dough balls for a 9 1/2 inch deep dish pie crush
Form into 17-18 8-9 ounce balls for 8-9 inch regular depth crust

Tightly wrap each ball of dough in plastic wrap, and place into Ziploc bags.

Keeps 6 months in the deep freeze.
To use, thaw in refrigerator or at room temperature

Roll out between waxed, lightly floured paper to desired size, thickness.
