1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp dried basil
1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp ground white pepper
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp dried minced garlic (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Cut sirloin steak or chicken breasts into bite size pieces and add to marinade over night or for several hours.
Soak wooden kabob sticks in water for an hour before using so that they don't burn
Add meat, peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms--whatever your little heart desires. Cook over medium-high grill until cooked the way you want them.

If you have leftover meat, it's great the next day as well
