Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 - 3 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 sweet potato, cubed
2 carrots, sliced
1 can green beans
1 can peas
1 lg or 2 med apples, cored and cubed (no seeds!)
1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to crock pot. Cover with water. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for about 8 hours.

You can mash with a fork for smaller bites, or run it though the blender if your dog doesn't like it chunky. For the blender, add 2 Tbsp olive oil

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Beware! makes your house smell great when it's cooking, so you'd better have something good on the menu for the rest of the family that night, or you might end up in the doghouse yourself!
Not to be used as the only type of food you serve your dog, unless you add vitamins and minerals. I give them a tablespoon or two each day and they not only clean their plates, but eat the plate as well if you serve it on paper!
