2-3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 c. oil
1 tomato
2 celery stalks
1/2 red bell pepper
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can of pineapple tidbits (drain reserve the juice)
2 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces, flour and cook in oil over medium heat until pink is gone. Add veggies (except tomato) and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Add pineapple and tomato cook an additional 5 min. on very low heat. Add juice and cooked rice.

This recipe came from Joe Crawford. This is the only stir fry he ever ate. He hated Asian food. So, it was quite shocking the day he made this for us.
