4 oz. cut up, Camembert Cheese (include rind)
1 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
4 oz. crumbled Blue Cheese
16 oz. Cream Cheese
1-3/4 c. chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses together, roll in pecans and wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper. Store in refrigerator or can be frozen for 3-5 months.
