4 Strips of Bacon
1/4 c. Chopped Onion
2 c Uncooked Black Eyed Peas
1/2 c. Raw Rice
2 c. Boiling Water
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice bacon and fry with chopped onion. Add black eyed peas, rice and water. Cover and cook at low heat until rice and black eyed peas are done. Add seasoning.
