1 loaf white bread
1 cup diced ham 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ to ½ cup green onions diced – to your taste
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Topping:
6T Butter
3 Corn Flakes , crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13 baking pan (don’t use any smaller). Cut crust off bread, discard or save for another use. Line bottom of pan with some of the bread slices (cut to make it fit flat). Layer on top of that: Diced Ham, cheese, green onion, then more bread slices. In separate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce until well blended. Pour over pan. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Prior to baking, mix together corn flakes and melted butter. Spread mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
