Shrimp 500grams

Oil 100 grams
Fried garlic 50 grams

Tamarind sauce Ingredients:

Oil 3 tablespoons

Chopped onions 2 tablespoons
Sugar 3 tablespoons

3 tablespoons of thick tamarind juice

Fish sauce 3 tablespoons

Water 5 tablespoons

Directions:
First you have to shell the shrimp

Then fry the shrimp in 100 grams of oil till it is well done

Then put it aside on some paper to remove the oil wile you make the sauce

Put a wok (or just any frying pan with slight curve in the middle) on the stove and put the heat up half way

Then add the 3 tablespoons of oil

Directly after add the garlic and onions and fry till for 1 min

After that add Sugar, thick tamarind juice, fish sauce and water and stir till the sauce gets sticky

Then after the sauce gets thick and sticky add the shrimp mix and your done
