60 Ritz Crackers or Townhouse Crackers
1 Stick Margarine melted
2 Boxes Instant Coconut Pudding
13/4 Cups Milk
1 Quart (4 Cups) Butter Pecan Ice Cream
1 Large Container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers into crumbs and mix with melted margarine. Put half of the crumb mixture in a 13 X 9 dish. Set aside. Combine pudding and milk, beat for 2 minutes, add ice cream and mix well by hand. Pour pudding mixture over crumb mixture in pan. Spread cool whip on top and sprinkle the remaining cracker mixture on top of cool whip. Chill.
