Ingredients:  
1 1/2 oz. fresh basil leaves
1/2 oz. parsley
1/8 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. olive oil
1 large garlic clove, peeled
1 c. butter, very soft
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Puree all ingredients, except butter, in food processor or blender. Add mix to butter and mix well.
Cut 8 baguette slices at an angle.

2 c. chopped cherry tomatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper.

Butter bread slices, top with tomatoes and garnish with bacon, basil sprigs and shaved Parmesan.
