2 - 14 oz cans of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
dash salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into a baking dish. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Serve warm.
