2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
5 oz. dried cranberries
5 oz. dried apricots, cut into fourths
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 6 ingredients together, then beat on medium for 30 seconds. Scrape sides of bowl and beat for another 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and stir until everything is well coated. Grease bottom of a 5" x 9" loaf pan. Pour batter in and bake for 55-65 minutes. Let pan stand for a few minutes, then remove bread and place on a wire rack.
