For streusel:
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
For cake:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. orange juice
For glaze:
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
2 1/2 tsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a (' or 10" tube /Bundt pan. Combine streusel ingredients, adding melted butter last. Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients for cake in a medium bowl. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Alternating with the orange juice, add flour mixture to butter and sugar, beating on low. Spoon half of batter into pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel, Spoon remaining batter into pan, then swirl with a knife to create a marbled pattern. Bake for 15 minutes.
Top with remaining streusel and continue to bake another 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Mix confectioner's sugar and orange juice into a smooth glaze; drizzle over cake.
