14 3/4 oz. can salmon
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, and flake into a bowl, (discarding the skin and bones). Toss with the lemon juice. Mix with the remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-70 minutes.
