Ingredients:

28 oz. can crushed tomatoes (drained)
28 oz. can tomato sauce
3 celery stalks (chopped)
3 carrots (chopped)
3 small onions (chopped)
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. oregano
salt and pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup basil (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute' onions, garlic, salt and pepper in oil for 10 minutes
2. Add vegetables and oregano, cook for 10 minutes
3. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 1 to 2 hours
4. Add basil
5. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt (if needed)
