One can garbanzo beans
Enough hummus ranch (from this book) for proper consistency
1 Tbl mustard/optional
1 tsp celery seed

Add ins: sweet pickle relish, chopped dill pickles, chopped celery, chopped onion.

Directions:

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans in strainer.

Place in bowl, and mash thoroughly with a hand potato masher.

Stir in mayo and mustard.

Add celery, onions or pickles as wanted.

Chill.
