1/2 lb red potatos - cut into bite size pieces
1/3 cup creme fraishe ( you substitute sour cream )
12-15 mint leaves
2 Tablespoons capers- chopped
2 Tablespoons shallot- minced
1/2 lemon - juiced into medium bowl

Directions:
Directions:
Add shallots to lemon juice. Let sit a few minutes then add creme fraishe and chopped mint.


Add potatoes to boiling water. Cook 11-13 minutes or until tender.

Drain. Return potatoes back to pot . Off the heat add creme fraiche sauce, capers. Salt and pepper to taste
