4 Cups of Cooked Chicken, cut up
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1 or 2 med. Potatoes, cut up (Optional)
1 can Peas or Peas & Carrots, drained
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1/2 Cup chopped Onion
2 to 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth

Topping:
1/2 Cup Bisquick
1/2 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cubed chicken in bottom of a 9x13" pan that has been lightly greased with a small portion of the stick of margarine.

Sauté onion and celery in small amount of the one stick of margarine.

Add soups, vegetables, broth and canned drained vegetables. Mix well and spread over chicken.

Spread pats of remaining margarine over mixture.

Mix Bisquick and milk. Spread over top of mixture.

Bake 350º for one hour.

Our good friends Barbara and Jim made us this Chicken Pot Pie so we wouldn’t have to cook, and it was delicious! It makes a big 9 x 13 pan full, so you might want to make 2 smaller pans and freeze half of it.
