1-2 sticks butter
1 cup flour
2 pounds ground beef 85/15
32 oz low sodium chicken broth
32 oz low sodium beef broth
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
2 cups frozen peas
2 cups frozen green beans
1 28 oz canned whole tomatoes
1 TBLS Accent
1 TBLS Black Pepper
1 TBLS Beef base

OPTIONAL
Cubed potatoes
Rough chop cabbage
Worcheshire Sauce - 1-2 TBLS

Directions:
Directions:
In large dutch oven
Cook ground beef until no more pink is visible
Remove with slotted spoon, set aside
Melt butter, add flour.
Cook on low, mixing until no more lumps
Add about 2 - 4 cups of broth, stir until no more lumps, then add the remainder of broth and stir well
Bring to a simmer
Add the canned tomatoes, and break up with spoon to desired consistency
Add onion, celery and carrots, simmer 10 minutes
Add frozen vegetables, Accent ,Beef Base and pepper
Add the cooked meat, stir
Simmer another 10 minutes or more until done.

Can freeze at this point
When rewarmings, can add
