1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
1/4 oz St Germain elderflower liqueur
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz grapefruit soda

Shake first three ingredients over ice and strain into a cocktail glass filled with fresh ice. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a mint leaf.

Originally called a Texas Sipper at the Oasis in Austin, Texas, one of the guys I worked with thought I said "stripper" and the name stuck.
