Ingredients:  
5 cups flour
5 egg yolks
5 tsp Crisco
5 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 - 1 cup water
approx 1/2 cup white vinegar

Ricotta cheese
Chocolate egg whites
Cannela (Italian cinnamon)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except ricotta, chocolate and cannela

Blend ricotta with chocolate (to taste) and cannela

Form small balls with dough. Roll out flat. Place ricotta in center of dough and fold over forming half moon. Seal sides using a some egg whites and press.

Fry. When cool, sprinkle with powder sugar
