1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
3tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1c vege oil
2 1/4 sugar
3 tsp vanilla
2c grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon in a sifter. Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in a separate bowl with an egg beater. Add flour mixture. Mixture will be dry. Lastly, add the grated zucchini

Bake in a 325 oven for 1 hour. This bread is very moist and freezes well too.
