2 c. Flour
3/4 c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Butter
4 Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
4 c. Rhubarb, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix 2 c. flour, powdered sugar and butter. Mix well and press into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Bake until golden brown, around 12 - 15 minutes.

Beat eggs, sugar, 1/2 c. flour and salt until well blended. Add rhubarb. Pour mixture onto crust. Bake for 45 min. Cool and enjoy.
