6 slices white loaf bread
1 pound bulk pork sausage
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
5 large eggs, beaten
2 cups half-n-half
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and spread in the bottom of a greased 9x12x12 inch casserole. Brown the sausage and spread over the bread then top with cheese.
Stir together the eggs, half & half, salt and dry mustard. Pour over cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

To cook:
Preheat oven to 350 ºF.
Bake covered for 50 minutes or until set and slightly golden brown.
Allow to set for 15 minutes before serving.
