1 can rotel tomatoes mild - drained
1/2 stick butter
3 1/4 cups swanson chicken broth
3/4 cups grits( I use Jim Dandy)
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb tennessee pride mild sausage
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, onion, and bell pepper - drain
Cook grits in chicken broth. Add butter after grits finish cooking. Cover
Add sausage mixture to grits and 2 cups cheese.
Add rotel tomatoes.
Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased casserole and bake 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Put 1 cup cheese on top and melt another 5 minutes in oven.

This recipe is awesome. I was bored and decided to cook as I usually do. November 2008 this became my Nasa Grits. Hope you enjoy!!!!
