1-1/4 c. water
1 c. whole wheat kernels
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk (optional)
1 egg
2 Tbsp. margarine or oil
1 Tbsp. honey or sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. fresh baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, mix water, wheat kernels, an dry milk on high for 3 minutes. Add egg, margarine, honey, and salt. Blend for 20 seconds. Add baking powder. Pulse three times, just enough to mix. Mixture should foam up and get very light. Cook immediately on a hot non-stick griddle for 3-4 minutes.
