Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 c. very warm water
3 Tbsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. powdered milk
12-14 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add water, salt, sugar, and oil in mixer. Add 3 cups of flour, yeast, eggs, and powdered milk. Add 3 more cups of flour, scrape around sides, and mix well. Add the remaining flour, being careful not to add too much flour. Dough should be very sticky. Oil a large bowl and let the dough rise in the bowl until double. Divide into four portions and roll into a rectangle on oiled, not floured, counter. Cut with a pizza cutter into triangles. Roll from the widest part up to the tip for crescent rolls. This dough makes delicious sweet rolls with cinnamon/sugar mixture or orange rind/sugar mixture. Place rolls on greased roll pan, cover, and let rise until double. Bake at 375º for about 20 minutes or just until golden brown.
