16 oz. Elbow Pasta
3 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. Flour
1 c. Beer
1 c. Heavy Cream
4 oz. Cream Cheese
16 oz. of Shredded Cheese (your choices, I like using smoked Cheddar and Mozzarella)
1/2 c. Italian Bread Crumbs (or whatever you like)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Preheat oven to 350
Boil pasta until cooked, drain and set aside.

Melt butter in a large pot, add flour and whisk until it forms a paste.
Pour in beer, them cream and finally cream cheese. Stir until melted and bubbly.
Add cheeses and stir until melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta to the pot.

Dust with Italian Bread Crumbs
Place in oven safe dish and cook for about 20-25 min until cheese is a nice golden brown.
