1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 - 4 oz. package of butterscotch pudding mix, (cooked type)
3 cups rice krispies cereal
1/2 to 1 cup copped salted cocktail peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, melt butter with light corn syrup over medium heat. Stir in package of pudding and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue cooking for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Add rice krispies and nuts, mix thoroughly. Spread in thin layer on waxed paper or buttered baking sheet. Break into pieces to serve as a confection.
Store in a tightly covered container.
