2 cups sliced cucumber
1/2 sliced onion
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cucumbers, peel if desired. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Slice onions into 1/16 inch slices. Place in a bowl, add salt and enough water to cover. Let sit in refrigerator or on counter for 3 to 4 hours.
Drain water and rinse until the cucumbers do not taste too salty. Drain well, add sour cream and herbs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
