10 oz of frozen chopped spinach
1 C of mayo
1 C of sour cream
1 C of chopped fresh parsley or canned
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 C minced onion
I T of dill (optional)
1 tsp of salt

Directions:

Thaw and drain spinach and squeeze out all moisture. Combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate in tightly closed container for 24 hours.
