1 Napa Cabbage
1 cucumber, sliced very thin
3 stalks celery, sliced thin
approx. 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
small package sliced almonds toasted
4 tbsp sesame seeds
1 bun sliced green onions
1 pkg top ramen, crushed
4 to 5 T sugar
7 T Rice Vinegar (lite and mild)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 heaping tsp Chinese 5 spice
1/4 heaping tsp white pepper
1/4 canola or olive oil

Directions:
Toss all the greens, you will add almonds and top ramen last after dressing.
Blend all from sugar to oil, add dressing and then almonds and noodles just before serving
