4 tablespoons of butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cup coconut flakes
zest of 1 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
On the stove top pan: Melt butter, add sugar, then eggs. Stir really well, add coconut and lemon zest.

Make little balls.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15- 20 minutes
