16 slices firm, white bread
2 1/2 cups cooked, cubed ham
12 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
12 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp onion powder
2 to 3 cups corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Layer half the bread, half the ham, half of each of the cheeses. Repeat layers. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and onion powder. Pour mixture over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Combine uncrushed corn flakes and melted butter and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Cover loosely with foil to prevent over-browning. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
