8 slices crustless egg muffin bread, cubed
3/4-1 pound grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Optional: ham, bacon, sausage, roasted vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13 pan, place bread cubes, then sprinkle all cheese over bread. Beat eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over bread and cheese. Add optional meat or vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
