2 cups fat free self rising cornmeal mix
1/2 egg substitute
1 cup skim milk
1/2 picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 4oo degrees
Lightly spray an 8x8 inch baking pan or medium cast iron skillet with vegetable oil cooking spray. Mix the cornmeal, egg substitute, and milk. When thoroughly moistened, add the picante sauce. Continue mixing, adding a little water if necessary to get a medium heavy batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done to the touch in the middle and golden brown on top.
