1/2 C Butter
2 oz unsweetened squares

1 C water
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C Kahlua
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
1/2 C chocolate syrup
1 C quick oats

1 1/2 C flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 C butter
1/4 C whipping cream
1 C brown sugar
3/4 C pecans

16 oz can of fudge topping

2 C whipping cream
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 C butter and unsweetened chocolate. - Cool slightly

Add: Water, sugar, brown sugar, Kahlua, vanilla, eggs, syrup and oats.
Beat well.
Add: Flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat well.
Pour into three round cake pans.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and leave in pans.

In sauce pan, bring butter, whipping cream, brown sugar and pecans to a boil. Boil 2-3 minutes. Pour evenly over all three cake layers.

Broil until bubbly.

Cool cakes completely in refrigerator.

Remove from cake pans.

Warm fudge topping until spreadable and divide among cake layers.
Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff.

Assemble cake:
1 cake layer
Whipping cream
1 cake layer
Whipping cream
1 cake layer
Whipping cream
Garnish with chocolate curls
