2 Eggs
2 T Flour
2 T Whole Milk
1 T Sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Mix ingredients together to make batter.
Pour in greased pan in a circular pattern. Swirl around pan until batter looks dry.

Add butter, sugar and jam and then roll it up. Some family members cut it like and pizza and then roll it up. Aunt Hilda added baking soda so it made it puff up.
This recipe was one that Grandma made for all of us. The recipe is not exact, as it was never written down....it was one that you just knew how to make! We are adding it from memory and in memory of Grandma.
