1 cup balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and stir until mixed smooth. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes.

Great on ribs, pork chops, chicken or beef. As a side dish, top thick slices of onion with sauce and grill until tender.
