2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic (pressed or minced)
2 tsp sesame oil
10-12 boneless skinned chicken thighs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat until syrupy. Remove from heat. Place chicken thighs in marinade and mix with a spoon so that all pieces are coated. Refrigerate until ready to grill or broil. Marinate them for at least 2 hours but 4-5 hours usually turns out best.
