1 lb Tortellini, cooked
1/4 C olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 C sun dried tomatoes
1/4 C roasted red pepper
1/4 C fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, sage)
3/4 C white wine
1 jar alfrado sauce
4 C broccoli, blanched
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil
Add garlic, herbs and tomatoes. Saute 3 minutes.
Add red pepper, cook 1 more minute.
Add wine, reduce by half.
Add alfrado and tortellini. Heat through.
Add broccoli, cook for another 3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Season with Salt and pepper to taste.
