5 pounds raw peanuts
1 1/4 cups regular salt morton
water
large pot and lid

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peanuts several times to clean.
Put peanuts in a large pot cover with water.
Cook on med high heat for 2 hours covered
After 2 hours add Salt to peanuts.
Cook another 1 hour covered on low heat
Turn off heat and let sit for 3 hours covered
