8 oz. Ham Cubes
1/2 C sliced Green Onions
1 Each Pie Crust, Frozen
1 Tbl Dijon Mustard
1 C Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk, Shredded
2 Plum Tomatoes, sliced Thin
1 Large Egg
1/3 C Half & Half Fat Free
1 Tbl Fresh Basil, chopped
1/8 Tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' Ham & Green Onions in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until brown and any liquid evaporates.
Brush bottom of pie shell evenly with mustard, sprinkle with 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese. Spoon ham mixture evenly over Cheese and top with Single layer of sliced Tomatoes
Beat Egg and half & Half with a fork until blended pour over tomatoes. Sprinkle evenly with basil, pepper and remaining 1/2 C cheese
Bake on Lowest Oven rack at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Cool on a wire rack 20 Minutes. Cut into wedges to serve. Garnish with Fresh Basil and slices of tomato if desired.
