3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. carrots, chopped
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced garlic
3 qts. chicken broth
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 (9 oz.) package cheese tortellini (fresh)
6 cups rotisserie chicken
1 (12 oz.) package frozen green peas

In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add carrots, onion, celery, and garlic; cook 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
Increase heat to medium-high, and bring to a boil. Add tortellini; cook for 10 minutes. Stir in chicken and peas; cook for 2-3 minutes, or just until chicken is heated through.
