6 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1/2 cup lime juice (fresh limes,about 3) or frozen lime juice
1 - 9" baked pie shell
6 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.
Combine egg yolks and milk, mix well. Add lime juice, blend well. Turn into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually beat in sugar until whites hold firm peaks. Swirl onto pie, spreading to the edge of pie shell. Bake until meringue is a pale honey color.
Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
