6-8 Medium Potatoes
1 Medium Onion
1/4 c Butter or Margarine
1 c Milk
2 Slices Bread (broken into small pieces)
1 Egg
2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
1 tbsp Celery Seed
1 tbsp Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350

Boil potatoes in salted water until done.Saute Chopped onion in butter until soft and yellow. Drain potatoes and mash using about 3/4 cup of milk. Mix in the sauteed onion and butter, bread, egg, flour, parsley and celery seed. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Thin to desired consistency with the rest of the milk. Beat thoroughly. Place in a buttered baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour.º
