2 cups raisins
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups quick cooking oatmeal
3 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Put the raisins in a saucepan with the water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, butter and baking soda. Press half of this mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 7 minutes. In another saucepan boil egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, and cornstarch until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla extract and raisins to thickened sour cream mixture. Pour on baked crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
