1 tbsp. Cornstarch
6 tbsp. Unsalted butter (melted and cooled but not re-hardened)
1/3 c. Toasted Sesame Seeds
4 6"-7" Pita Pockets (halved so it's not longer a pocket)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Whisk together cornstarch and 2 tbsp. melted butter in a small bowl until smooth.
Then whisk in salt, remaining 4 tbsp. butter and sesame seeds.
Brush the rough sides of the pita's with butter mixture stirring well before brushing each half. Cut each Pita into 8 wedges and arrange seeded side up on a cookie sheets.
Bake in upper half of oven for 10 - 12 min.
