3 cucumbers
3 med onions
3 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar
1 C sour cream
1/2 C miracle whip
Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers thin remove some seeds if they are large or alot
toss with 2 T kosher salt
place in colander over a bowl in frig 1-2 hours to draw out water
slice onions thin
combine sour cream, miricale whip, brown sugar and vinegar
rinse and pat dry cucumbers
add cukes and onion to dressing mixture let chill and serve
