1# beef stew meat
!# pork cut into cubes
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 T vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 T paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 T flour
1 8oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
in large skillet, brown beef, pork and onion, drain
add water and spices, bring to a boil
reduce heat, cover and simmer 1-1.5 hrs or until meat is tender

just before serving, combine flour and sour cream until smooth, stir into meat mixture; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly

serve over noodles
